尊敬的中共中央政治局七大常委                                                               台鉴：

本论文是根据广东省信访局要求发明人将“医疗科技成果”向最基层的医疗机构做出科研成果的汇报并找“有资质的专业医疗机构和专家鉴定后才可以推广”的普遍性或一般性指导而发表如下不同意见:

1.0. “五串排毒法”不是要求国家对疫情的管制全面“放开”，不是主张“躺平”或与病毒“共存”。因为“放开”、“躺平”和“共存”只能暂时解决 20 年抗疫无成效，国家和人民承担不起这种越抗疫而疫情越严重的支出，不想再给国家和人民继续造成重大损失的暂且方法。所以是：“没有找到疫情爆发的根源、无法对症下药扑灭疫情的权且办法”。因此，不是可以立即扑灭人类疫情的办法，不是保证疫情永久不会“卷土重来”肆虐全人类的有效方法。“五串排毒法” (处方)是找到了爆发疫情的真正原因和扑灭疫情的有效办法，对症下药，斩草除根， 保证能做到:世界各国实施“五串排毒法”处方后三天内可将世界各国的疫情全面、彻底扑灭，不但保证不会产生任何后遗症，还能保证全人类今后不会再爆发同类疫情! 

2.0. 采用“五串排毒法”扑灭疫情的六大优点
2.1. “五串排毒法”可以把工作、休息和治疗、康复相融合，不不会耽误任何工作。每个 患者的医疗康复费在 0.1--30 美元之间(98%以上的患者治疗和康复费用少于 0.1 美元);康复的时间在 15 分钟—3 天之间(98%以上的患者治疗和康复时间少于 15分钟);

2.2. 患者康复后没有任何副作用和后遗症;

5.0.世界各国接受“五串排毒法”专有技术公开转让的深远意义

5.1.快速、全面、彻底扑灭世界各国的疫情、造福世界各国人民;

5.2.利在当代、功在千秋! 

6.0.抗击疫情 近20 年(2003 年-2022 年)无成效的原因所在

6.1.疫情专家和医学权威对疫情的病理病因诊断(或研判)错误，因而造成了抗击疫情的方法和措施的严重错误!

7.4.因为 “有资质的专业的医疗机构和专家”可以轻而易举地把“五串排毒法”说成“一文不值”而不采纳(或无止境地拖延审评认证)，然后用自己改头换面方法，易如反掌地窃走了“五串排毒法”发明人 30 年呕心沥血的重大科研成果。

7.5.“全世界疫情大魔术剧”的策划者利用领袖爱护人民生命财产的伟大胸怀，把“人民至上”和“生命至上”的重要指示，歪曲为“核酸检测至上”和“接种疫苗至上”，扮演了一场“任意夸大病毒的传播威力、先吓天子后令诸侯”的大型魔术剧：首先把“助燃剂”灌装在“灭火筒”中，逼迫“地球村”的各村长号召村民去“扑灭疫情”，暗中“发国难财”，已经造成了“地球村”村民6亿多人感染（包括各种残废瘫痪等后遗症），6千多万人死亡。

7.6.“五串排毒法”发明人研究和实践已经充分证明：COVID-19（新冠病毒）或Omicron（奥密克戎病毒）只是疫情患者身上无数种病毒其中的一种，其变异和感染力与疫情的爆发和快速漫延无直接关系。

7.7. 本轮疫情 = 坚持采用有害处方抗击疫情的传染病预防和治疗权威（以下简称：巫术师）对病理病因诊断的错误+防治方法和措施错误+技术造假和新闻造假+任意捏造病毒变异的感染力先吓唬天子后令诸侯听从巫术师指令 = 世界多个国家的巫术师内外配合，欺君诈民、祸国殃民、大发国难财 = 巫术师利用权力和地位先把“助燃剂”灌装在扑灭疫情的“灭火筒”中，然后逼迫各国领袖号召全国人民用该“灭火器”去扑灭疫情，结果让疫情越扑越严峻 = 巫术师获得巨大利益后还把制造疫情的责任和罪过全部推卸给各国的天子（或最高领袖），自己却利用虚假技术捏造了“病毒变异感染力大幅提高（或降低）数百倍的虚假新闻而逃避法网的捕捉和广大人民大众的问责”= 世界各国内外呼应故意制造疫情谋取私利的巫术师受到世界各国及其人民的严厉惩罚的大型魔术剧。

7.8.如果不让 “地球村”全体村民掌握和运用“五串排毒法”，并全面了解疫情爆发的原因和快速扑灭的有效办法，巫术师惯用的“病毒感染力快速变异”的虚假技术和虚假新闻就无法被破解，“巫术师”制造疫情的秘诀就不会被揭穿，扑灭疫情的错误方法和错误措施还会残留人间危害人民，类似SARS和COVID-19疫情的大型魔术剧必然还会在“地球村” 继续表演，继续祸害世界各国的领袖和人民！

8.0.有权听取详细汇报并有力纠正以上错误的领导机构和人选

8.1.中共中央总书记习近平同志等七大常委;

8.2.无权纠正相关错误者，敬请回避并快速将本论文转交上级转交给七位代言人选，否则将被视为有想拖延发明人重大科研成果实施和暗中泄露国家科研成果机密的嫌疑。

9.0. 真理启蒙和建议

9.1.扑灭疫情，就好像是用灭火筒扑灭烈火。如果灭火筒里装的是灭火剂，那么烈火很快就会被扑灭。如果灭火筒里面装的是助燃剂，那么烈火就会越扑越旺盛，永远不会熄灭。所以，扑灭疫情最关键的决策是选择灭火筒的型号。

9.2.近二十年的抗疫实践已经充分证明：巫术师坚持使用的“灭火筒（即：对国家和人民有害的抗疫的方法和措施）”中灌装了很多种“助燃剂”，才造成疫情越扑越泛滥的恶果。因此，诚恳建议党中央、国务院：快速、全面停止使用巫术师提供的“灭火筒”，并号召人民大众共同追查是什么人在“灭火筒”中灌装了“助燃剂”，并将灌装“助燃剂”的巫术师绳之于法。否则，已在灭火筒中灌装的“助燃剂”，还会继续祸害国家和人民，还会给各行各业健康发展造成重大的损失。

10.0. “五串排毒法”公开转让方式及其“代言人”的责任和义务

10.1. “五串排毒法”是中国人民领先世界的重大发现和发明，是发明人 30 多年呕 心沥血的研究结果，将对全人类的“健康”和“发展”做出重大贡献;

10.6.暂时有困难交付 “五串排毒法 公开转让费”的国家和地区，可以向联合国和国家主席习近平写下《欠条》等待该国家有经济能力时才付清技术转让费。

10.7. “五串排毒法”的发明人承诺:本发明成功公开转让而获得的一切技术转让费，将 100%用于公益事业，包括:向世界领袖和人民颁发“促进世界和平昌盛奖”、“拯救人类苦难奖”、“扑灭呼吸道疫情奖”，以及向世界 各国投资发展免费教育、免费医疗、免费法律诉讼和战后国建设援助等慈善壮举的奖金。

This paper is based on the general guidance of the Guangdong Provincial Bureau for Letters and Visits requiring the inventor to report "medical scientific and technological achievements" to the community-level medical institutions and find "qualified professional medical institutions and experts for evaluation before promotion", and the following different opinions are expressed:

1.0. The “Five-String Detoxification Method" does not require the state to fully "lift" the control of the epidemic, nor does it advocate "lying flat" or "coexistence" with the virus. 3.2. No need to force patients to receive any injections;
3.3. No need to compel the general public（especially the elderly）to receive any vaccines;

The plotters of the "Worldwide Epidemic Magic Drama" took advantage of the leader's great mind to protect people's lives and property, and distorted the important instructions of "people first" and "life first" into "nucleic acid testing first" and "vaccination first" A large-scale magic show of "Exaggerating the power of the virus, scaring the emperor and ordering the princes" was put on (which means vested interests frighten the emperor with the exaggerated power of the virus, and then use it to order leaders at all levels to obey the command of vested interests). The wrong methods and wrong measures to extinguish the epidemic will remain in the world and endanger the people. Large magic dramas like SARS and the COVID-19 pandemic will certainly be repeated in

the "global village", which brings disasters to the leaders and people of all countries in the

world again!
